These rooms are situated on the ground floor in the single-storey part of the house. This is almost a private wing of the main house and means that the guests can enjoy privacy in their own part of the in their own part of The Steading.

All these bedrooms are decorated to a high standard and have tea/coffee making facilities, mineral water, remote control colour TV's and hairdriers.
The en-suite room is extremely spacious with a desk at one end and a seating area. The bathroom has a bath with an over-bath electric Mira shower, WC and washhandbasin.

This twin room also has a desk and a small seating area. It has an adjacent private bathroom which again has a bath with an over-bath electric Mira shower, WC and washhandbasin.

There is also a single bedroom next door to this twin room which is available if there is a third member of the same party.
