From Edinburgh Airport:-
Take signs for Edinburgh and Edinburgh City Bypass. At large roundabout
take Edinburgh City Bypass south and come off at 4th Junction -
Straiton. Follow signs for Peebles, Penicuik on A701. Turn left
at Bilston, come into Roslin, straight along main street to two
hotels and go straight over and down Chapel Loan. You will see our
house sign pointing left. There is no "Bed and Breakfast"
sign just the house name.
From Glasgow Airport:-
Take the M8 to Edinburgh or get a train from Queen Street railway
station (Glasgow) which run every 15 mins and takes about 45 mins.
to travel to Edinburgh.
From Waverley Station (by car):-
Come out of station and turn left then left again at small roundabout.
Take first right onto Jeffries Street and go to traffic lights.
Straight through these lights - then the next and stay on same road
for about 1.5 miles. At large roundabout go right round and up Lady
Road. Go left at top. This is A701 which you follow all the way
out of town till you come to Bilston. Turn left for Roslin at small
roundabout.
From Waverley Station (by bus)
Take steps up onto Princes Street at side of Balmoral Hotel. Turn
right along front of hotel then right onto North Bridge and then
cross road. There are 2 bus services that operate to Roslin - Lothian
service 15A (not 15) and First Service 62.

From A1:-
Take the signs for Edinburgh City by-Pass (A720) going west. Continue
on By-Pass to Straiton Junction and come off onto the A701 to Peebles
and Penicuik.
From M6:-
Come off motorway at Moffat and follow the A701 through Penicuik
and Milton Bridge to large roundabout. Take sign to right into Roslin
and at the two hotels turn right down Chapel Loan.
From A68:-
Come through Dalkeith and go onto Edinburgh City Bypass heading
west. Come off at Straiton Junction and join the A701 to Peebles
and Penicuik.
