From Edinburgh Airport:

Take signs for Edinburgh and Edinburgh City Bypass (A720). At the large Gogar roundabout take Edinburgh City Bypass south and come off at the 4th Junction - Straiton. Follow signs for Peebles, Penicuik on A701. When you reach Bilston turn left at roundabout, come into Roslin, go straight along Main Street to two hotels and then go straight over and down Chapel Loan. You will see our house sign pointing left. Note, there is no "Bed and Breakfast" sign just the house name.

From Glasgow Airport:

Take the M8 to Edinburgh or take a train from Queen Street Station (Glasgow) which runs every 15 minutes and takes about 45 minutes to travel to Edinburgh.

From Edinburgh's Waverley Station (by car):

Come out of the station and turn left then left again at small roundabout. Take first right onto Jeffrey Street and go straight ahead at all sets of traffic lights. After about 1.5 miles you reach a large roundabout. Go right round (under the railway bridge and take the exit to Lady Road. Go straight ahead at the shopping centre mini roundabout and then left at next roundabout. This is the A701 which you follow all the way out of town until you come to Bilston. At Bilston, take a left at the roundabout for Roslin. Go straight along Main Street to two hotels and then go straight over and down Chapel Loan. You will see our house sign pointing left. Note, there is no "Bed and Breakfast" sign just the house name.

From Edinburgh's Waverley Station (by bus):

From the station, take the steps up onto Princes Street at the side of the Balmoral Hotel. Turn right along the front of the hotel, then right onto North Bridge and then cross the road to the bus stop. There are two bus services that operate to Roslin - Lothian service 15A (not 15) and First service 62.

From the A1:

From the M6:

From the motorway, follow the signs for Moffat (A701) and follow the A701 through Penicuik and Milton Bridge to a large roundabout. Take a right into Roslin and at the two hotels turn right down Chapel Loan. You will see our house sign pointing left. Note, there is no "Bed and Breakfast" sign just the house name.

From A68:

Come all the way to the new junction on the Edinburgh City Bypass (A720) then head west. Continue on the Bypass and come off at Straiton Junction onto the A701 for Peebles and Penicuik. When you reach Bilston turn left at roundabout, come into Roslin, go straight along Main Street to two hotels and then go straight over and down Chapel Loan.
