 Reservations:

  • We require either a payment through PayPal (either by your debit/credit card or from your PayPal account) or a Sterling cheque as a secure deposit to confirm a reservation.

  • We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy for most of the year, except during July and August when we require at least 7 days notice of any cancellation in writing and acknowledged by us.

  • Notice of cancellation received less than the above will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.

  • Earliest check-in time is from 4.00pm or by prior arrangement. Check-out time is requested by 10.00am on day of departure.

  • An estimated arrival time is requested for all reservations.


Payment Methods:

  • We welcome payment by cash, sterling cheques supported by a cheque guaranteed card, also sterling traveller cheques.

  • Payment can be made via PayPal - please ask at time of booking or email us for details if you would like to use this service. We accept all major credit cards on our secure server via PayPal.
