We are situated next to the world famous Rosslyn Chapel which can
be seen from our garden.
The Steading was converted from an old red stone-built farm building
in 1996 by the present owners. It sits in its own grounds in a beautiful
and peaceful country setting with ample private parking.
We offer 4 star Scottish Tourist Board accommodation with all rooms
furnished to a high standard in a separate wing of the house, allowing
guests to enjoy a high degree of privacy. All the rooms are on the
ground floor. Guests have the opportunity to stay in a lovely family
home which is completely NON-SMOKING. We do not have the facilities
to cater for children.
A visit to Edinburgh is so easy - the City boundary is just approx
5 mins. drive away and the City centre approx 25 mins. drive.

We are next to the world famous Rosslyn
Chapel which is mentioned in the best selling novel "The
Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown. The Chapel is also being used
as a location for the film which should be released sometime in
2006 based on the Da Vinci Code. Rosslyn Chapel was built in 1446
by William Sinclair. It has Masonic links and also Knights
Templar links.
The delightful Roslin Glen Country Park is only a short stroll
away after passing Roslin Castle which is situated down in the Glen
behind the Chapel.

We are close to the Easter Bush Veterinary Centre and also the Large
Animal Hospital and the Small Animal Hospital. The Pentlands Science
Park, Edinburgh Technopole and the Edinburgh Innovation Centre are
also within a few minutes drive and Roslin Institute is situated here
in the village of Roslin. The Royal Highland Showground at Ingliston
is only 25 mins. drive away.
